Ladd Elementary School Counseling

Welcome to the 2024/25 school year Ladd Leopards! I am Mrs. Frymark and I am in my third year at Ladd. Previously, I was at Joy Elementary for six years and one year at Lathrop High School. I am excited to be at the K8 level working with students to promote positive mindsets and being amazing and wonderful human beings. 

I have lived in Fairbanks continuously since the Fall of 2007, since coming up for college at UAF and have set down some roots. I am married to my husband, another educator, and have two little boys who keep us very busy outside of our schools, one of which is now in school! I look forward to working with our community and families to best support your student(s) and help them develop into who they are meant to be.
