Hello Incoming Kindergarten Leopards Families!

Please join us for kindergarten roundup on May 11th, 2026 from 9:30-10:30 AM.

All registration is now online with the link located here.

If you have them, please bring the following documents:

• Shot records
• Birth certificate 
• Emergency contacts (names, physical addresses, emails, and phone numbers)

These documents will be required to start in the fall.

If you are unable to join us, please the family letter linked here in order to retrieve all of the pertinent information for the fall.

School Care Registration Instructions

School Care is the health portal that the school district uses in order to communicate health office visits and events for your student. All of you student's allergies, medications, and medical conditions need to be put into school care by you in order to ensure that the health assistant and school staff can make informed decisions for your student's health while we are contacting you or emergency authorities. 

Please use the flyer below to register for school care and enter your student's information.

Over the Counter Medication Authorization Form 

The over the counter (OTC) medication authorization allows for the nurse to administer OTC medications to your student if needed. WITH YOUR SIGNED PERMISSION, these OTC medications CAN include tylenol, motrin/advil, zyrtec, and TUMS.

Medication Requirement Reminders

The medication requirement reminders are helpful if your student has a medication that must be administered on a daily or as needed basis.

Powerschool Access

PowerSchool Premier, a student information management system, is used by teachers and administrative staff at all schools to record student attendance during the school year. In addition, PowerSchool is used by classroom teachers to input and maintain student grades electronically. All parents and students have the opportunity to use PowerSchool to access attendance, activities, assignments, and grades (both current and historical) throughout the school year.

Each student's school can assist parents with establishing PowerSchool Premier guardian accounts. A parent or guardian of multiple students can link all of their students to one guardian account. Please contact Ladd for assistance with creating your Guardian Account.  (Tutorials linked here.)

School Cafe

If you would like to put money on your student's lunch account or communicate allergies with the kitchen, please do so through school cafe!
